Why are repeat orders of the same item slightly different?
The handmade artisanship offers unique characteristics to every piece of pottery. Every piece has unique variations in size, shape, texture, and color. We thank you for being mindful of this expected variation when placing and receiving your order.
Can I request an exchange?
Exchanges are offered specific to unique circumstances or if your item is unexpectedly received damaged due to shipping. Great care and precautions are taken during packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Items mailed back for exchange must remain in their original packaging. Items returned for an exchange unrelated to damage are to be received by the seller undamaged. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Customers must email seller within 7 days from receipt of item to coordinate an exchange. In the event of an exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or refunds.
When will my order arrive?
In stock orders will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will be shipped out in 3-4 weeks. Lake Life Pottery offers free shipping on domestic orders. Shipping costs will apply to international orders. Orders are shipped fully insured. Once shipped, the majority of domestic orders will take 2-10 business days to arrive.

Is the pottery I purchased, food safe?
All Lake Life Pottery is lead free, food, dishwasher, and oven safe. It is recommended that extreme temperature changes are avoided. For example, putting your cold pottery into the microwave.
